Can I tour the camp before registering?

Yes. Tours are available at our camp, located at 3761 Horseshoe Valley Rd W, Minesing, Ontario L9X 1E8.

What is the staff-to-participant ratio?

Our programs operate with a staff-to-participant ratio that ensures all participants are adequately supervised and well cared for throughout all camp programs and activities.

What should I bring?

Participants should bring comfortable clothing, appropriate footwear, any personal care items they may need, and any required medications.

For overnight stays, please also bring sleepwear, toiletries, and any comfort items that help make the stay feel familiar.

A more detailed packing list will be provided before your program or stay.

What meals and snacks are provided?

Meals are professionally prepared and designed to be familiar, enjoyable, and camp-friendly.

Menus may include favourites such as pizza, pasta, chicken tenders, fries, sandwiches, and other familiar meals, along with snacks throughout the day.

Is transportation available?

Yes. Pick-up and drop-off transportation is available, with scheduled stops at select locations.

Is funding available?

Yes. Passport funding can be used toward eligible respite and program costs. Please contact us if you require documentation for reimbursement.
